This is to bring your attention towards the supplement purchased by me from one of Neulife Store located in East Patel Nagar, Delhi on date-28th March 2016.
I bought Scitec Creatine along with Six Pack Nutrition Bulk Mass Gainer. The items were sealed pack.
When I came back & I opened the plastic seal on the jar (Six Pack Nutrition Mass), I found that the inside of box was already opened as the powder was getting dropped out as soon as I opened the round cap. The supplement was getting leaked out from the cap and it was sticked in the cap too, as if it was deliberately opened and then re-sealed for further use.
This is something that has diverted my mind in dealing with such a brand that always consider himself to be number one in terms of Product Originality & Quality. I am not feeling like using such a product as I don't want to risk mysel[censored]sing a product that could have been adulterated by refilling some other supplement in it.
I want you to take a strict action resolving my issue on priority basis.
FYI, I have attached the bill copy and screenshot of the defects mentioned above for your vigilance.
