I recently bought New Balance 860 v14 from New balance store Bangalore on 30th Dec 2025 and now see that the right shoe's sole has unevenly compressed from the heel towards the outer side.
I do feel a limp and pain while walking in the shoe.
I reached out to the store team and they acknowledged the issue but the support team rejected the issue since I reported the issue 7-8 issues late as I was travelling.
Such issues dont develop in a day or two and are manufacturing defects but the company refused to accept it.
Also, the same company has 6-12 months warranty outside India but in India they provide only 3 months warranty since they are selling inferior quality products
