New Delhi Institute Of Management — Payment refund issue which is done by mistake

I would like to inform you that near my office there is a mother dairy booth number 605 whose Paytm QR code was saved in my paytm and by mistake I have done the payment at night 10:42 pm on that QR code which now they are not refunding and making arguments.
