I got in touch with Mr. Sameer from new gati packer and movers to transport my house hold material from Ludhiana to Neemuch (M.P),
He gave a quote of 30000 for the same and made a commitment to take the consignment on 2nd July and deliver it on 5th July. I got his number from google.
He took the payment in advance for Insurance purpose for which he never provided any documentation. His team came on 2nd July and packed our stuff and took it with them. Name of the team mate irfan.
Once the complete payment was done on 2nd July he started avoiding our calls and whenever he answered he had haywire reasons to provide. He did not answer our calls on 4th and 5th, we called him team mate and he also had excuses to make.
Our calls were answered on 6th night and the same guy who communicated his name Sameer initially changed his name and told us Sameer had heart attack and he is the new manager.
We kept calling him and he kept giving excuses, finally on 10th July after a lot of mental torture and stress we got in touch with other movers and packer to get the stuff home and paid 31000 more for the same.
He abused us over the phone while he was drunk and we have recording of the same. We request the kind justice makers to act on the above information and provide solutions.
The name provided was Mr Sameer.
The payment of 30000 inr was made to a fayyaz Khan on [protected]( provided by Sameer it self) the payment was done via paytm. The amount was paid by grishma Ambani ( my wife) [protected].
