Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited regarding the non-responsiveness to my requests for loan transfer documents. My name is Nakshe Ali, and I have been a customer of New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited for the past year, holding a loan of ₹1, 600, 000.

I have been trying to transfer my loan to government banks in order to avail of a lower interest rate and reduce my EMI amount and tenure. However, despite multiple attempts to contact the finance company for the necessary documents, I have not received any response for over 1.5 months.

I have written a mail to New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited requesting the required documents for further procedures or transferring my loan, but there has been no response. When I tried to contact the customer care executive, I was asked to wait for 2 or 3 days for approval, but there has been no progress.

This lack of responsiveness has caused me significant inconvenience and financial burden. I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that I receive the necessary documents from New Habitat Housing Finance and Development Limited or that my loan is transferred to a government bank as per my request.
