New Holland Fiat — New holland 3630 se tractor, not working properly

I bought new holland 3630 se tractor, chassis no. NHN36300ZFJ333701 from ahuja motors, sirsa, haryana.from the first day this tractor is giving problems like starting, leakage and disengaging pto gear automatically when in use. I reported it to the dealer about gear problem but its about to pass six months they have done nothing and giving excuses of lack of spare parts by doing so they had passed near about six or seven months my tractor is running out of warranty.. Plz help
