New Holland Fiat — replacement of tractor as it has been having engine fault

Respected sir,
I kanubhai jesangbhai chaudhary had purchased a new holland tractor 3037 on date 25/08/2019 which i have used till date 550 hours and its registration number is gj 02 de 0034. I had a problem with the tractor on 4/2/2020 date which was been tochened by bhumi tractors mehsana to its service station. Later on date 5/2/2020 they repaired the tractor and gave it back to me. But on the next day 6/2/2020 the same issue with the engine of the tractor had occured. Once again bhumi tractor mehsana service person came to the site were the tractor had broke down at bechraji city of mehsana gujarat. And then they told me that it would be taken to their service station in mehsana. But they did not do so. And took my tractor to a private garage in bechraji which is not recognised by your company. So as it is not done under your company guideline. I will not accept the tractor which has a company engine fault. Later the bhumi tractor owner dipakbhai patel visited me on my office regared me to accept the tractor on its condition. And giving his personel gaurantee for the tractor and if their is any future problem in the tractor engine it would be his responbility. But as i know i dont belvieve in mutual word guarntee. And i want a replacement for my losses otherwise i am going to grahak surakshah and putting a legal case on bhumi tractor and new holland company also. I have video and photos of my tractor been serviced out side of your authorised dealers preimises. And i am attaching the videos and photos along with this mail. So please consider my request and see on it.
