New Holland Fiat — Tractor accessory not provided by New Holland showroom so not getting tractor field performance.

Dear Sir/ Madam, We had purchased tractor from New Holland (Model No. NH3030) with cheese no. NH4302231 L409 from Om Sai Tractors Solapur (Maharashtra). After tractor purchase we have referred New Holland service book and found accessory mentioned in service book and they are not provided to us with tractor and also this information was not told by showroom person while purchasing. (Service book reference: Chapter Field operation part-3, page no. 3/27) we have to receive weights with tractor but while purchasing tractor we have not received rear two tyres weight 70 Kg each and engine front weight 50 Kg. Also physical received rear tyres size are 11.2 x 28 manufactured by BKT instead of 12.4 x 28 (mentioned in New Holland website) and front tyres size is 5 x 16 manufactured by BKT instead of 6 x 16 (mentioned in New Holland website). Regarding this issue we had complaint through mail (cant attach PDF format with this, please provide email ID I will send it to you) and called to customer care also to New Holland lots of time but they have not given proper response to us.
