Hello there,
My name is Debashree Sinha. I had shipped 4 medicines from India to U.S. with the help of my sister for my parents which are - CTD O 6.25/40, Aztor 40 mg, Thyronorm 25mg, and Nebistar 5. Based on the medicines, he created first invoice detailing all the medicines and we paid based on that invoice. However, he altered that invoice, created a new one which does not include Nebistar 5 and the invoice charge is INR 4503.1 which is way lower than what we paid. We did not receive the difference back. The medicine Nebistar 5 is a key medicine for my mom's High Blood Pressure. Not only that he did not send the medicine, He did forgery and mimicked my Sister's signature and signed it on the receipt and on other documents required for shipping the medicine to the USA. The main culprit's name is Dibyendu Chakraborty. We have been trying to get in touch with him via phone and WhatsApp, but all efforts are going in vain. The detail of the culprit is provided below -

I would request the complaint department to take this matter seriously and take an action towards this consumer fraud, so that an example can be established. In addition, he has taken the print out of my Sister's PAN Card details. I hope that document does not get misused without taking my sister's consent or knowing.
