I have made a payment of Rs.2724/- through Internet Banking on 24th July 2016 to Account No [protected] of Axis Bank Branch Sector 12 Noida IFSC Code 0002462 for Samsung E7 Golden Colour New Mobile. As i received call from Mobile No [protected] Mr. Ravi the person who called tell me that you will received on Friday 26th July 2016 between 12PM to 3Pm. I also called up to Customer Care No [protected] Mr. Mohd. he tell me that we have given you 5 - 7 days other wise when you call then after 7 days will count. After 5 days i Called up on customer care no they are picking up phone and after listening my name and Mobile no they are put on gold and their is no reply since 2 minutes.
