This is to inform you that illegal construction is being done on the 11/165, Ground Floor, New Moti Nagar, New Delhi-110015. Also he has been demolishing the original beams/ pillar in his Ground floor flat originally given by DDA/DUSIB due to which the walls of the flats/building it are shaken. He has demolishing 3 main walls On whose strength the whole building stands without seeking permission from anyone. The building is not designed to bear this much load. It may collapse anytime. If building is collapse we will lose our lives. When we talk with owner that he said we are purchase this flat in 2 crore and using for commercial shop in which we don't need this beams/pillars and we will break it in any case. The ill-legal construction carried out by owner is projecting dangerously in Ground Floor/building. This is a great threat to our life and our property. This ill-legal construction carried out by owner is a great nuisance to our life, it is giving me alot of mental stress and had taken peace out of my life. The risk on the building has increased. He is violating the laws and putting lot of families at risk. kindly request the officials to look into the matter and also take some strict action stop this work immediately.
