I am resident and owner of a housing board flat in New Prem Vasundhara, Near Home for The Aged, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri Ease, Mumbai 400099.
The Secretary located at C-1; New Prem Vasundhara has been feeding stray cats. It started all with a single cat and now our housing board has nearly 30-50 cats all over.
It is like a free wild life park and cats will come into our apartment and kids fears seeing that. The society members cars and bikes have a lot of scratches caused by these cats.
He being the secretary will not take any initiative as he feeds them.
Bad smell all-round the apartment and we fear for our health.
Still, he does not bother.
We want to know how legally we can proceed and what are the chances of we winning and sending all the cats to an animal care.
