I have an current account in union bank of india, malad west branch, mumbai while making an income tax payment through online banking amount was debited from my account for unsuccessful transaction for which i have made an complain to customer care and was given assurance that the complain will be solved in 7 working days but still it is not solved and the amount is not yet credited to my account. The complain was given on 23/03/216 with complain no. 15200118 and the customer care executive are tell me to register new complain and wait for 7 working days as we have not got any reply from the department.
