My ex employer newbridge business centre pvt ltd with their hq in bangalore and branch office at 1st floor, inox towers, sec 16a, filmcity, noida haven't deposited my epf after mar, 2013, till i resigned on 4th nov, 2016. My total epf amount (Employee+employer contributions) for my overall tenure with them (Around 4 years) should be around 1.1 lacs that i can't withdraw as the same has never been fully deposited into my epf a/c no. Mr/noi/0045922/000/0000117. Hence, i've sent duly filled in form 10c along with all required documents, copies of email communications with finance head, hr manager and director of newbridge in loop (Where nobody has responded to my epf queries from last 7 months after i resigned).
Please find attached the screenshot of my communication with newbridge and help me get my rightful epf amount as i'm in urgent need of this money.

You have to send in a complaint to the Employees Provident Fund Commissioner in your area with the details of deduction and non payment and the same will be recovered with full compound interest till date.
