I have ordered a laptop from you guys on 1st Sept, 2025 which got delivered yesterday after 15 days that too all defective products. First of all you guys took so many days to get it delivered I thought you might be working on detailing but the product I received is totally damaged. It seems like you guys are procuring these laptops from a scrap dealer. Moreover, Ziban from the sales team promised me to add a complementary bag or mouse in my order but there was nothing like that in it instead the main product was damaged. He also forgot to tell me about the student discount which I came to know later after ordering. JUst false promises and nothing delivered.
Also there is no customer support helpline, just a mail ID while Ordering i got the call in seconds but while compiling or for grievances there is no helpline no. Your company is trying to act so smart and fool the customers and have kept all the cards in their favour. Even a local shop won't sell a product like this and you being an enlisted company providing such filthy services.Using the bottom most delivery partners like shiprocket. Attaching videos and photos of the defect just see it yourself and the screenshots of chats with your representative.
You are just pushing defective products onto customers. Procuring it from scrap dealers. Irresponsible delivery team and product handling and configuration team with no expertise.
After seeing the product it seems nobody has worked on the product. They just procured an old product and sold it just to make money. Pathetic product and service I have ever come across so far. You guys don't deserve to be listed.
Sorry for using such harsh language but the frustration level after seeing your product after waiting for so long is much more than this. and that filthy product is still lying with me getting more frustrated seeing it. It's not only about refund who will compensate for the my time you guys wasted and the peace of mind which you guys destroyed,
BIG MISTAKE TO TRUST THIS COMPANY. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY INSTEAD WILL ASK NOT TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE NOT REFURBISHED THEY ARE DAMAGED PRODUCTS.
How customers are putting review on your website that we are seeing while purchasing as it does not provide an option to put review. Are all those also framed to shoot up sales. Feeling to sue you guys in consumer court.. This vulture's type of mindset.
