Vehicle regn. No. Mh03bh3320, mumbai, maharashtra - duster 110ps.
In past one month my vehicle broke down four times and had to be towed down to the service station and problem not yet solved
- first towing for clutch breakdown - 4 days & cost rs 65000/- approx.
- within four weeks of major service at 60000 km, second breakdown & towing assessed to faulty ecu - cost rs 5500/-
- third breakdown & towing within 15 days of second; assessed to faulty injector - cost rs 25000 approx.
- fourth breakdown & towing within 20 days from third. Rectified by cleaning fuel line.
- fifth breakdown today - after 8 days & once again vehicle towed to workshop.
This is not acceptable - is the vehicle 'programmed' for such breakdowns or is it that the service personnel are inefficient and not capable able of trouble shooting in one go?
I am scared to drive the vehicle even within the city, afraid of a break down and cost of repairs.
Could you do the needful on urgent basis to enable me to enjoy my drive in duster without any stress of breakdown? Was this information helpful? |
