I received a completely different product and requested return
The return was picked up by ecom express executive on 19th Nov
But the status on the app is still return product yet to be picked up.
The support service of new me is outrageously pathetic as it's been almost 10 days of this torture now
At first receive wrong dress and now unable to get refund even after returning the product
