Newmeasia — Return policy

I have been contacting them for the return pickup since 5days and they haven't sent anyone for the pickup I had quality issues.Everytime I contact them they just say initiated initiated but actually they haven't and the return policy of their website is for 7days and I contacted them again today they say it's off day for them and will be available next day
