Cheque amount of rs. 399 taken and newspaper not provided. Its been 3 months. Neither customer care of newspaperkart nor economic times in responding to calls. Seems like rs. 399 has been stolen. I have been told that the person who came to take the cheque was not from newspaperkart?
Then how did he have the application form?
