I subscribed for basic pack in base metals for rs 6400.00 with newtradingway.com, which was later converted to hni package after payment of rs 11608.00 as two of the company executives rahul and sanjeev told that its a 100% sureshot package and if even a single stop loss hits then the company bears 85% of the clients loss and refunds the money. The next trading day the stop loss hits making me loss of 57, 000.00. The moment then the executives stopped receiving my calls. After several attempts my call was picked by another executive sonali gupta and started saying that there was no such offer. Though i had received the sms from the company. She said if i upgrade my package then in future if any sl hits the company will bear the loss. I upgraded my pack after again paying rs 4, 000.00. And again the sl got it making me a loss of 17.000.00. And the executive sonali gupta again started denying to refund the money.
I have all the sms from the company and the payment proofs alongwith the email that the executive forwarded my on behalf of the company mentioning that the company will bear the loss.
I request you to take strict legal action and charge penalty against the company as they are just looting the peoples money making fake promises and doing fraud.
