I had placed an order on the 19th of March, 2022 for Symphony Diet 12T Personal Tower Air Cooler and paid in advance as directed by Nexa 7.com. The order value amounts to Rs. 1699/-

With great disappointment, I have to say that I have not received any communication (SMS, email, etc) regarding acceptance/confirmation of this order and the shipment instructions if any, despite having tried to track my order several times. As per the company's directives, the order is expected to be delivered within 5-7 business days. But, it's already been a week. Additionally, for the past couple of days, the website seems to be unresponsive. Hence, neither I'm I able to cancel my order nor get the amount refunded. On mailing my grievance to [protected]@gmail.com a window from the mail delivery subsystem saying 'address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail' pops up. This is giving me an immense feeling of having been cheated. Hoping that nexa7 is a fair e-dealer, I expect an immediate response via SMS/email/WA. If the company is unable to deliver the order, I look forward to the amount being refunded.
