Nexa7.com — Paid Rs.699/- for an earphone but didn't get my product.

I have ordered an earphone of Rs.699 through this website and also made online payment for the same but after that I didn't get any updation for the purchase. I also tried to cancel my order but failed. The contact details provided by them in the website is also fake.
