Hello,
I have placed order for Prestige Iris Mixer Grinder advertised at Rs 899/- on nexa7.com, I ordered and paid online on March 9, 2022, at 9:05 pm.
The amount is deducted on my Citi Creditcard ending (6754), no order confirmation mail has come, and no SMS.
The order has to be delivered at (4668, MIG-2, Apt 101 Happy Homes), Vidyut Nagar, Hyderabad 500032
The phone number provided on company site[protected] is not functional, I have tried several times to call them and find out.
Kindly help me get the product, or have my amount refunded.
