Sir My name is archana thakur from dehradun. i recieved a call from the above company for captcha online work and they told me join this work sign on an agreement created by them and send the work link on my mobile no and said that it should be completed in 10 days.In 10 days, 10000 captcha have to be filled and on completion will receive rs.22500/- and on completion they will deduct rs.5000/- as registration fee and will finally get an amount of rs.17500/-
handed over my aadhaar card details. Soon i got a call from +91 [[protected]] where a agent named satyam asked as to when i would start. I read the terms wherein it did not state contractual agreement nor any repercussion for not doing the said job. After i read, i said immediately start my work.
A mail was sent by captcha as attached below. It had username and password but no instruction as to where to use these credentials.At first i tried contacting the first person on whatsapp but he was not responding to my messages. Then i dropped in a mail saying that there was no link given for me to work. They did not respond. I have all proofs of call message n email which i will be attaching. They did nt responded then finaly that satyam picked cal i told that u r not giving instructions not even responding.. Then he told ok dont do this work then i told him dont ask for any agreement n al.. Otherwise i wil do complain then he said ok dont do this work leave it.
Now
Today i received a mail regarding legal proceedings. Also calls and messages to pay 5000 as penalties.
I do not know why it is. They threatened me for legal action and harassing me a lot.
Please help me out in this matter.
