We applied for the file of my son Mr. nikhil gupta from Next immigtation consultant - patiala ( contact person Mrs:-sheekha sharma) . We lodged my student application through them and We received a refusal from canadian embassy without any reason . Even till date we did not receive any letter from them regarding the refusal letter .
Later on we found out that they took about 904, 000.00 inr which included 680, 000 college fees. When we asked about college fees receipts and demand drafts which they use to pay my fees, they just denied and said that they always pay money to any college in bulk. We said how it can be possible as you are doing money laundering if you don't pay by indian government law. detail given below.

We also found out that they didn't pay fees to my selected college in Canada and it was just fraud and still they are not giving back our money. They said that they will deduct about 1 lakh inr from my fees payment which they didn't pay to college. We have everything as proof .
I shall be very thankful to you if you can take some action on behalf of appeal. You can inquire about all round shops who can explain how they are stealing money from mostly innocent clients. They are big scammers as you will definitely found money laundering cases...
