Amount debited but no response

I had bought a chair for 399/-. There was no booking receipt received after that, nor the phone call getting picked up nor emails responded to. Seems like it was a fake site. The Paytm merchant name showed that the real name of the merchant is 'Krishna Fashion'....

Gross negligence on service of catering

Here i am complain about nexus club gandhidham not submit their services as contact/decided.

Also they threatein and force the 100% advance payments which
is not a trade practise.

Request to kindly look into this and ensure the future also no customer treat like they given services and charged 100% advance and we have no scope of bargain or cliam refunds....
