MR. SACHIN WADHWA IS ONE OF MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THIS COMPANY
They charge Rs 11, 000 for registration and provide 61 mb work to edit and pay Rs 4000 per mb for data editing.
I HAVE GIVEN RS. 174000/- BY CHEQUE TO SACHIN WADHWA FOR DATA EDITING WORK ON THE NAME OF M/S NEXUS IT VENTURES PVT. LTD. ON DATED 14 JULY 2010
BUT HE TOLD ME HE HAD GIVEN THAT KITS TO MAHIPAL SINGH HIS DISTIBOUTER IN KURUKSHETRA BUT YET TODAY I HAVE NEVER RECRIVED AND DATA FROM COMPANY, SACHIN, MAHIPAL
I HAVE FILES CASE SACHIN AND HIS COMPANY UNDER SECTION 420 IN KURUKSHETRA
HE IS DOING FAROUD IN GROUP
Mahipal Singh from kurukshetra
Meeta from ludhiana
Bhagat Singh from ludhiana
Tek Bahadur from himachal
Now sachin wadhwa had changed his mobile no.
IN OTHER CASE I HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED 2 DATA EDITING KITS FROM HIS DISTIBOUTER MAHIPAL SINGH AND PAID HIM PAYMENT CASH TO THEM
I completed my one kit 61MB DATA and submitted to Mahipal Singh within time
According to norms they ought to pay me within 20 days of submission
After submission of cd`s they told me there is some incorrect data and virus in this work and after error report they have only 14000/- payout of that work but on actual payout was near 2, 00, 000/-.
But according to them they have only payout of my done work is 14000/- and they paid that amount to mahipal singh his kurukshetra distibouter
In their norms they paid 20/- per day fine if they will delay the payout
But till today nearly 3 years and 6 months gone I have not received any payment from any person against that editing work.
They all are in group and making fool to people
I daily maked phone calls to madam MEETA and general manager Mr Bhagat
Either they don`t pick or have one or other excuse
I visited them personally at their office but there is no one at their office
I am highly disappointed and want my registration fee and cheque money back
also i want you to take actions against such organisations who dupe people.
