I purchased a Noise smartwatch and raised a complaint for warranty repair. Noise arranged a pickup service via Delhivery, and the watch was collected from me on 5th Dec 2024. I tracked the shipment, and it was successfully delivered to Noise around 21st Dec 2024.
Later, Noise support wrongly claimed that I sent the wrong product and is now demanding ₹400 to return it. I raised another complaint and provided proof (photos showing I sent the correct watch), but instead of resolving the issue, Noise keeps closing my complaints without a resolution.
This is a serious case of service deficiency and unfair trade practices:
Noise arranged the pickup, so the shipping process was under their control.
I provided proof of sending the correct watch, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.
They are now wrongfully demanding money to return my own watch.
I request the Consumer Helpline’s intervention to ensure:
Noise returns my watch at no cost OR provides a replacement.
Proper action against Noise for unfair trade practices.
Resolution Sought:
Return my original watch without any charge OR provide a replacement unit under warranty.
Ensure Noise follows proper customer service practices and stops harassing customers.
