Dear respected Sir,
My father (Mahadeo Vinayak Kate) land acquired for SANT TUKARAM MAHARAJ PALKHI MAHAMARG 965G 50 Sq. mtr. by NHAI they given acquired land compensation but now contractor Shelke construction Pvt. Ltd. takeing extra land 150 Sq. mtr. by forcefully illegibly without any given noticed,
we complaint against contractor to Baramati SDO office & NHAI Pandharpur office about this curreption but they are not taken any decision,
Contractor shifted road approximately 10-15 feet in my father land and he saved opposite side farmers land & constructions, that
Farmers saved land &
constructions already acquired by NHAI already given compensation to farmers,
contractor changed land acquisition marked ROW poles by himself and he shifted road illegally without any giving notice to farmers,
I have attached Land Acquisition Proof PDF File for your reference of acquired land by NHAI & they gave compensation to farmers but the road is not going as per that,
Sir please i kind request to you look in this matter because something is going wrong here,
curreption is ongoing in road construction and also inform from your side to NHAI & contractor stop these illegal activities immediately & construct road as per land acquired.
