Respected sir,
I am susanta mistry, proposal of varistha mediclaim policy for my mother-gita mistry, age -69. Under nic ltd, barasat division, n 24 pgs, west bengal.
My privious policy no-[protected], under dev officer-11783. Mr samir mallick.
I gave him a blank cheqe on a/c nic ltd. Date-03/02/17,
But i noticed on my policy cumulative bonous totally vanished.& date has been changed. I asked about the matter from dev officer mr samir mallick, replied it was for server problem. At the i believed him with regards & agreed. Gentalman prommissed me to take fruithfull step for mis print. I don't know about the agent kollol das & what is relation with that policy.
After that i used to ignor & refussed or misbehaved by mr. Mallick. Continuously he dozed my quarris. I went to division maneger for a complain against mr. Mallick. But the maneger had no interest to intertaint me.
Please needful action to solve the problem other wise i may go consumer court.
