I take nice road to travel to my office from bannerghatta road to tumkur road every day. There is a big water channel passing through the road just before you enter the toll booth while going from bannerghatta road to tumkur road. There will be flowing water in this channel most of the time (Sewage water flows during non rainy season) and whenever it rains, it will be filled with at least 2 to 3 feet of water and making it difficult for vehicles to cross. On the morning of 3rd october 2017, i was shocked see 3 to 4 feet of water in the channel making it impossible for cars to cross. Due to which i had to take detour and reach my office late. It is known fact that nice road charges one of the highest toll in the country, but when it comes customer care and convenience they are not bothered. Knowing fully well that a water channel is passing through, they would have built a small culvert which would have solved the problem. No concerned authority has the courage or conviction to direct nice management to address these issues. Was this information helpful? | 
When reached at Bannerghatta Road toll plaza, I have showed the attached Cash receipt and return to house but mean time again Rs. 140 is deducted at Bannerghatta Road toll plaza at 16.05 hrs.,
Why such double payment taken from me
If I paid the amount at entrance then how come again payment taken at exist time
