Nice Road Toll — toll price n traffic

Nice road entry and exit at hosur road sees a large number of vehicles especially during peak hours - mornings and evenings, there are thousands of daily travelers who use this road for toll road for office commute and a large number of commercial vehicles ply through this road. The toll entry and exit at hosur road are very badly managed, it takes nearly 20-25 minutes to enter the toll booth from hosur road and the traffic piles up for half a kilometer till e-city entrance between 6 to 8 pm.
With one of the highest toll per kilometer on nice road there is no basic lane management or automatic payment (Monthly/daily pass or pay-as-you-go cards) methods followed, this is causing nightmarish traffic snarls not only to the nice toll road entry but also affecting the traffic movement on hosur road.

Please raise this complaint on client - nandi infrastructure corridor limited (Nice) bangalore

Reason - poor management of toll

Suggestions -
Introduce pay-as-you-go cards which regular commuters cab avail, thereby reducing time taken at the toll and faster clearance of vehicles
Introduce day/month passes, if not at concessional rate atleast at the same rate
Manage lane discipline because the vehicles coming from half a kilometer queue would not have clue on the exact lane and end up joining mid way into another lane causing chaos, honking and rage.
