I have a swasthya bima policy with nicl.
In the last renewal, i had renewed my policy for coverage value of rs.1.50 lac. They deduct the actual policy premium but gave me the policy of rs.50000/- and also my spouse name spelling mistake.
Moreover they print wrong name in card also. The picture of mine with details of spouse in my card and vise versa in my spouse card.
After complain they took our photo and after 1 month they called me to inform that they lost our photos. And for submission of another one.
I am fade up with the process. The worst service provider.
