I worked with Nicolan Healthcare from January 2022 to January 2024. During this entire period, the company deducted Provident Fund (PF) amounts from my monthly salary but never deposited them in my PF account. My UAN remains inactive to date.
Despite multiple follow-ups through calls and emails, there has been no response or action from the management or HR team. Salaries were also frequently delayed, causing unnecessary financial stress for employees.
It is extremely unethical and unprofessional to deduct PF and hold back employee dues while continuing company expansion. Deleting or ignoring employee complaints will not change the truth — this is a serious violation of employee rights and statutory compliance.
I request concerned authorities to take strict action against Nicolan Healthcare and ensure that pending PF amounts are deposited immediately along with applicable penalties. Was this information helpful? |
