Nidan Ayurveda India — Not admire for return policy,

I had purchased Three months course medicine for weight loss form Nidan Ayurveda, A-30-31, 3RD floor, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nager, Delhi-18, in month of Aug-2016, but it's not effected so I have returned two months medicines in Month of Sept-2016 thru courier & cos. confirm me they received the medicine & my Bank details so they transfer my return medicine amount to my bank account. as per their return policies, so Cos. should be refund my money but till date Feb-2017, cos. not refund my money & every time I follow to their account manager Mr. Sanjeev, he his always give some reason.
