Nidan diagnostic and research center - follow unfair practices to prepare test reports with manipulated signatures of concern doctors

If we observe all atached reports, the conclusion is all kind of test like x-ray, mri, sonography are done by only one doctor r. K. Meher but surprisingly undersigned signature are different for different reports.

Point-no.1. The mri observation report given to me seems to be prepared with very superficial observations and there is a serious concern in the pre-printed signed copy used by nidan onbehalf of dr. R. K. Meher.

Though the officials of the diagnostic center says its a digital signature, but looking at the attached report given to me as well as to one of my fried recently, clearly shows that nidan uses a pre-printed signed copy and just take printout with observations by the technicians in absence of the concern authorized doctor. Same doctor signature are varying for different reports which is clearly visible in attached report.

This is a serious concern in this case that a professional doctors pre-printed signature used for preparing the reports and simply nidan is taking that risk of playing with patients life with such unfair practices.

Fyi: with his face book account, i tried to contact the doctor r. K. Meher who's name was mentioned in the reports with manipulated signatures, i have conveyed this issue with him on his fb post (I don't find his contact number anywhere) and requested for his confirmation on this issue. But no response from him yet.

Corrective action: nidan should take these suggestions seriously and do the needful by correcting these unethical practice of fabricating medical reports of patients.

Point-no.2.in the attached prescription given by my dr. Deepak swain, it was underlined that the mri-spine should be done with observations should be made on ls-&cs but at nidan reception counter the concern person taken advance fee of rs.11000 for two mri's from me. (Which should have been done only in one report). Rather as a standard practice, for any doubt in the prescription, nidan representative should have given a call to the concern doctor for any clarification if he/she had before billing but that also not done by the counter staff. So i paid double amount which should be refund to me asap. (By the way as mentioned in point 1 the observations are also not upto the mark as i believe it was prepared by the floor technician not by the doctor.)

Corrective action: so i feel nidan as a reputed brand in medical diagnostics domain should take things seriously and in this my case refund my amount asap.
