Payment mode:- annual
Payment term: 19 years
Premium amount – 30000/-

Above mentioned policy was in the name of lt. Shri. Manoj lohia, whose sad demise took place on 20th may, 2018
We purchased this policy in july 2015. We have paid three instalments till now and paid approximately 92, 300/- for
F. Y. 2015-16 to 2017-18. All the receipts are attached herewith for your information.


I am the aggrieved wife on non-survivor, whose policy have been cancelled giving non-realistic reasons. I am in deep financial trouble
Survived with only one girl child having 6 years of age (Nominee of the above said policy ms. Anvesha singhal.


All the relevant documents related to the policy are attached herewith. I am requesting you with deep concern to refund at least the premium amount i have paid to you.

I was expecting to get the premium amount to have gained some financial recovery, but unfortunately the policy got cancelled.
