Dear FLIPKART Team,

Sub: Complaint reporting - Reg.
Ref: Nokia 55" tv- pick up

I have Booked a Nokia TV from flipkart on 16.06.2023 and it received on 22.06.23. Installation team came on 24.06.2023 and fix that the TV not working. Installation team initiated to return & replacement the same. Today (25.06.2023) Ekart executive came to Pick up the TV from my home.

E-kart executives (Office number: [protected]) 2 of them came to my home to pick up tv and misbehave with my wife's mother and father. Executives are shouted and one of the executives threw the TV in to the pickup van carelessly.

I don't know that who will give the permission to make misbehave with customers.

I have raised a complaint on Flipkart and informed the same to Ekart office neyyatinkara (Office number: [protected]) and one of the manager Mr. LEO ([protected]) called me and enquired about the issues and i shared the details.

Kindly do the needful to take necessary action in this case, at the earliest
