Niimtes — not providing mark sheet from last two years

This mail is with the hope & request for need full support on this matter, i paid my all tuition fee to niimtes college (Contact details ;[protected])
As per college norms & take admission in mba, distance learning from jaipur national, completed first year in 2016 & got the mark sheet but after the passed out second year in 2017 & still waiting for the same.
Till, niimtes administration is not confirming to us & misbehaving on the same time.
Its my humble request, kindly do the need full support on that.
