I subscribed to the Nikah Forever premium membership after being persuaded by their representative. However, the service did not meet my expectations, and as per their stated refund policy (which allows refunds if services are not used), I immediately requested a refund.
Instead of processing the refund:
My account was deleted without explanation.
It was briefly restored, then deleted again without justification.
Multiple attempts to reach their customer support have been ignored.
I paid [Amount] via [Debit Card/UPI] on [Date]. I have not used the premium services and simply requested a refund within a reasonable period.
This behavior is fraudulent, misleading, and a clear violation of consumer rights. I request:
A full refund of my payment
A formal explanation
Action to be taken against the platform for unethical conduct
