Hi I have called up the customer care number around 50 times since yesterday on [protected] . This was the number I received call from and I was approved some 40k Paisa on demand card from RBL Bank .
Now I want to just check status and the customer care people on the above mentioned number are like will call you back in two minutes and they don't respond till hours, plus they don't pick up the calls form your number too . How pathetic customer service . I am just needing a confirmation from them and they do like this . Is paisabazaar awarded for this kind of customer care, if yes then they have bribed the award .
