Nikhar Jewellery — Order not completed and not refunding

I have ordered 2 set of bangles from Nikhar jewellery. I did it through instagram page. The shop is located at G-34-35, Deep Market, Ashok Vihar Phase-1, New Delhi 110052 on 31st July. I paid 5500 by bank transfer. They did not send me any receipt also. Just told me, they will despatch as they do worldwide.

They were supposed to send the items by 5th August to Kolkata, India. I am NRI. I don’t stay in India.. I buy online, I get them delivered to my Indian address. I pick it up when I travel to India. But nothing came.

Now no one is picking up the phone or sending me any refund even after repeated requests on What’s app. I called up and spoke to the owner, who told me that he will get back to me with update about the refund. But didn’t call back. Strangely they have also logged out of the instagram page. I think it is a case of fraudulent practice. Please help me to sort out this matter.
