First of all I would like to express my sheer uneasiness and heartbreaking shock towards M/s Nikhil Automobiles, Koperkhairane.
This mail is not intended to target any specific person who happen to be an employee of Nikhil Automobile.
After the accident of my car (White Chevrolet Beat LT, MH05 AS5381)in November 2014, it was given to Nikhil Automobiles, while I was following up with the insurance company for the settlement, my car was lying with Nikhil, during which I was unaware of the treatment my car received when it was lying with them.
After assurance from one of the employees from Nikhil automobiles about the car’s safety as the car was with genuine parts though only the outer body damage was heavy I felt relieved and kept focusing on follow ups from the Insurance company, the employee told me that the car was safe as a guard stays 24X7 in the designated parking area which turned out to be a lie (as told by one of their guards on parking site).
When I finally went for handing over my car to a buyer who had bid the car for Rs. 80, 000, I saw that my car was thrown outside of Nikhil’s campus in the Bushes(See the photographs attached), and many of the parts from the car were missing, such as Battery, Axle which were in very good condition and were genuine, Battery was replaced new in the month of December 2013.
The Buyer felt unhappy about it and paid me only Rs. 50, 000, I again incurred a loss which could have been prevented by Nikhil but they rather chose to neglect me as a customer.
For all this mess, Nikhil automobiles have charged me with Rs. 12, 000 for parking and looking after my car.
Money is not my concern, but I am feeling cheated by Nikhil as they just threw away my car and charged my for it, after this I will not put my money and suggest everyone not to buy a Chevrolet car as their services intend to cheat people. Was this information helpful? |
