[Resolved]  Nile Stream Info Technologies — Fake company

Students, I am one of the student which was selected in Nile stream info technologies, Sathyamangalam. I got offer letter last year 2014. In that offer letter, the date of joining will be mentioned as October 2014. Before the joining date, they said due to project delay, the joining was postponed to November 2014. But some of the students were joined in November 2014. That students were who paid an amount for that Nile stream info technologies. One day I received a call from Nile Stream company and said to come for final discussion, In that final discussion they said training will given only for 3 months and for the 3 months stipend only given to you. After the training, the salary will be as mentioned in your offer letter. I asked, Management HR (Manoj Kumar) said from training itself we will be provided 3 lakhs per annum and training duration is 6 month like that I asked to the person. The person said due to project delay only we giving like this, like that the person said. After I asked the joining date, we will inform you through phone like that. Till today Jan 2015, I didnt receive any call from that company. I made a call to that company and ask about joining the lady said after pongal we will call you for joining like that. Yesterday (Jan 20) I went to the company, company was closed. In the walls, I found a print out like " Pongal Holidays - 12.01.2015 to 19.01.2015". And also so many students were came to the office, I asked them, for what you are came, they said we came for joining we got an appointment letter from this company to join today (20.01.2015). like that they said. The students ask about that company in the below shops, they said that company (Nile Stream Info Technologies) vacated before pongal itself like that the shop person said. And the students who came for joining went to the owner of the complex(Divine Plaza, Sathyamangalam) he said, yes Nile stream info technologies was vacated before pongal itself. All the students were shocked. The students were selected in this company through consultants, they went to ask about this to the consultants. They gave money for this company.So Company is not there in the following address

Nile Stream info private limited is an IT group located in Sathyamangalam looking forward with an ideal solution to provide best services to clients. We provide services in IT field. We want to achieve excellent results by giving excellent services.

I went to that company. I saw new computers in LAB and also July batch students undergoing training there. This company going to start soon in Coimbatore. Trained students are shifted to that coimbatore branch.

HR is management HR so he having the direct link to the management and he is the head of that company in INDIA.

iam also got selected in this company but iam asking how they provide that much of salary with one lakh turnover...and they have no employs also..how they manage and i think they selected almost 500+ students all over india..how they provide salary to those and they also asking about paying money of 9k...no IT company asks about money any where but it is asking it..they also not providing any solutions to our questions regarding joining date also...plzzz iam requesting one thing dont play games with students lives..by establishing such fake companies

My friends are also got selected in that company, please make a clear point about that company many students carrier was lies on this

My friends got placed in this company, and they were asked to pay a deposit of 7500, Yet they didn't receive any offer letter from the company. Is this company a fake?

Well, it's very sad that the students and some others are just spreading rumours about NILESTREAM INFO TECHNOLOGIES which is located at Satyamangalam in erode... Even I'm one of them who selected for the job and waiting fir the joining date... It has selected some 500+ students all over India and trying to employ the students and establish as a good descent software company in India... As a starting company it has to face many difficulties and the students has to understand it rather than just passing false comments.. Because of some stupid students, by their arrogant and nonsense comments in the Internet and social websites, the client of the company had almost became ready to cancel the project.. Ultimately. students like us are affected...
so it's my kind request to the students to take back their comments plzzzz...
Also it's my humble request to the client of the company to not cancel the project and save our careers...

Hi Friends I am selected for this company but this is not a fake company. First they asked money after discussing with CEO they didn't take money from me. Selected people paid the money to the comapany 5 months ago. If it is fake company won't be there till now and they won't respond to our phone calls also. But they are responding our phone calls.It is the start up company right that's why it was taking some time. In between u people created the rumors. Because of your how will be the clients give projects to the company. So don't spread rumors don't do bad to you others also. Please be maintain patience understand their situation. As a first batch we have to develop the company.We shouldn't put the company in trouble.Think once... I am nile candidate from RGUKT.

Hi Friends, Nile Stream company not responding the calls when the selected students called. One of the student and their parent called to that Nile stream company daily non of them picking the call and answering. They keep ring volume mute and they keep working. Present, second batch students only there but I no one there from first batch students. And when ever I ask to talk with Management HR(manoj) they saying today he is in leave and when I ask to give to another HR (sivan) they saying that he is also in leave. So I think there no proper management is going on inside that company. Many of the second batch students are also went away from the company after they joined.

I am from Bangalore and I was placed in this company I have deposited a DD of 10K for this company and never received the joining date from these guys as they delayed the dates like hell deposited I gave up and joined another company please don't pay money for this company it looks like a cyber cafe and Please note down phone number of Manoj if you are interested to call this guy

I am 2014 passed out BE student. I am posting my comment just to help am juniors. Speaking frankly first of all don't join company which is asking advance money from you people. And about Nile Stream, HR people of this company
came to our college for recruitment and selected around 15 members and promised us to give 25, 000 per month. As per the offer letter joining date was Oct 2014. And in November we got a mail saying 10K of DD should be submitted to the company. Trust on the job maid us to pay that money. But till now no response. What the hell companies are playing with students. I don't need your so called SOFTWARE ENGINEER job. Just return the money which we have paid to you people.

It should be my juniors instead of am juniors. sorry for the mistake.
