Hi,

I received a call(from no. [protected]) saying that they are calling from central credit card department, Hyderabad and wanted to convert by bonus/rewards points into amount in my account for that purpose they asked me my card number, DOB and card valid unto date. They also asked me OTP however I denied to share OTP.

The transaction OTP message saying merchant name as "IDEAMONEY" so logging complaint here.

Kindly verify from your side if someone is misusing your name and let me know.
