Just want to drag your kind attention on a chaotic purchase, billing and delivery concern.
I, Aditi Tyagi, booked and confirmed an order for the products "Wardrobe" along with “Side Stool” from @home store, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. As per their company policy, I made the complete payment before delivery of amount Rs.39, 500 for both products by card and cash. I was compelled to pay in CASH as POS terminal machine on your store was not functional anymore. I got invoice for Side Stool and have receipts for wardrobe.
After few days of booking, I got a call from the staff that the item I had booked has been sold out. They offered to accept display piece in place of that. They assured me that they will replace the item once this is available in the stock. Now, I requested to replace the item, they are saying there is no record of payment made and bothering me for repayment for the same item.
I am disappointed from the service and ashamed that there is such staff with no value of commitment, even any records of payments in database.
I am forced to contact you as per your employee’s bad behavior and attitude towards customers. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
