Car Challan number MUMGR[protected]
Complaint brief
I am senior citizen.
On 15th Nov 2023 I was speeding my vehicle beyond 80 to 93 km /hr range in the morning at around 10am.
While driving I had chest pain and headache. as my Blood Pressure shooted up. So I need to speed my car to go to office which is in Ballard Estate to take rest and take BP medicine.
After going to office I immediately took BP medicine and rested. Felt better.
In my driving tenure of 25 years I have never speeded car beyond 80km/hr.
Now I am thinking to keep a driver.
Requested to remove this challan and free me from allegations.
But the multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in vide its email rejected the petition and charged Rs. 2000 / = which is an unjust enrichment by mumbai traffic police deptt.
I request you to given justice.
