I am a resident of Mahalaxmi staying at Vivarea Raheja. We had applied for new gas connection. Its been 3months now the connection is still not done. We tried calling customer support many a times (8times in a row) every time we receive the same answer the team superior will call back within 24-48hrs but still no one has turned back. The gas connection is already existing in our building premises the technician just has to come and inspect the place to give a go ahead for the same. This is highly unethical and unprofessional on their part. Because of their unprofessional way of working we are facing lot of issues. I would you to take a necessary action against this and requesting to help me solve this issue at earliest. Was this information helpful? |
