I bought two Suzuki Access 125 from Nine star suzuki, one for me and another for my sister. After paying the full amount on 13th Jan 2016, we got the vehicle on 18th Jan 2016 at 7pm. That day itself we noticed some problems in the vehicle.
1. The speedometer was not working in my sisters vehicle. (The cable was not connected. It was corrected by her husband later).
2. The brake was very less in my vehicle and some sounds were coming from the vehicle.
To check the sounds from the vehicle, I took the vehicle to the same showroom on 23rd Jan 2016. They couldnt identify sound. This time the manager i think (His name is Mr.Vinay Reddy) told me its usual sound only and told to ride his bike and see whether his vehicle has the same sound. I went to drive his vehicle. It didnt have the same sound and i told so. By this time, they were checking the vehicle by removing the tyre and told me to identify. At that time I couldnt feel that sound, coz it was happening while driving wen we are increasing the accelerator. They told me to wait in the customer lounge. I went and was discussing about the bill. After sometime time Mr. Vinay came and told me to drive the vehicle and see whether it is resolved. I drove but that sound was still there. It was almost 5.45 pm that time. The next day wen i was cleaning the vehicle i found the tyre is old. When i went to tell them about that Mr.Praveen (he was compelling me to go to the customer lounge the previous day) it wil not happen and since it is a sunday he told to come the next day (ie; today 25th Jan 2016) and he will show the videos. Today morning my sister went there to ask about and they were confusing her and they are not accepting that there is a mistake from their side.
