I had placed an order with the site on the 15th of Feb. and paid for it online, around Rs. 2200. I received no sms nor any email confirming the same. I mailed the contact provided on the site, but the mail keeps bouncing back. I tried calling their toll free helpline, but got thru after five six attempts. Some lady told me that my order has been conformed and that she has just sent a mail. I checked and there was no mail. I have been trying to contact them thru Facebook and call, but not getting thru.
